新たな年がスタートしましたね。

A new year has started.

セールが始まったということで、先日息子達と町をブラブラしていて目に止まったものがありました。
「キーボード！」
アコーディオンがあるし今までは特に必要性を感じていなかったのになぜ「おっ！」と思ったか？
それは、パーカッションを設定して弾けるから。最近色々曲を作ったりして、いつかは他の楽器と合わせられたらいいな〜と夢見始めたので、実際パーカッションが加わるとどうなるか非常に興味を示したからです。
元々安い値付をされていた商品が更に半額になっていて、「こんな安いのあり？」と一瞬不安になりましたが、音楽好きの次男の強い押しがあり、ダメ元で買ってみることにしました。

Sale has started and me and my kids went to the town to look if there are something interesting.
"This electric key board!"

Because, the electric key board can set percussion during playing.
I've been creating some musics for a year and I'm wondering in the future if I can play my musics with other instruments.
So, adding some percussions will help me imagining how they would be.
It is a very very cheap one that made me a little worry if it will work, but decided to buy it to try.



で、これ買ったはいいけど何処に置く？
デスクワークスペースしかない。もともと色んなファイル類、文房具類でワンサカしていたのを全部どかし、ついでに色んないらなそうなものを整理してポイ。
すると、デスクの上はキーボード、PC、プリンター、電気だけになりました。
整理整頓されているってなんて気持ち良いの！

今の所、次男が毎日暇さえあれば「ミッションインポッシブルをマスターするんだ」とか言って弾きまくっていることがメインですが、パーカッションを設定して弾くと言うのは成立しそうです。

Now, where could I put it?
There is only a space = My desk.
My desk was full of files and stationary how can I park this key board!
I threw a way many stuff that wasn't necessary to keep it any more, I moved most of the things in the shelf and now look at this!
Now there are only the key board, computer, printer and the light on the desk.
What a nice sensation having a neat place!

For now mainly my son is practicing to improve Mission Impossible every moment.
But few times that I tried, it seems like it will works setting the percussion and play my accordion together.



そしてもう一つ。
昨日、某ドイツ系スーパーに買い出しにいった際に見つけてゲットした「バランスクッション」。
バランスボールと運動セオリーは同じだと思いますが、コンパクトでよい。お部屋にボールを置くスペースがないと思っている人にはお勧めです。
ボールでは出来ないバランス運動が出来る。片足で乗ってバランスをとる練習もできます。表面が健康サンダルの様にイボイボになっているので、足の裏も一緒に刺激されます。バランスクッション、空気入れ、エクササイズ例のパンフの３点セットで１０フランしなかったのが凄い。

Another thing is "The Balance Cushion".
I got it at the German-supermarket yesterday.
The gymnastic theory should be the same as the balance ball but it is compact. Who doesn't have a space to put the balance ball this will be ideal.
There are interesting exercises that works only with the cushion like standing on it with one feet and take balance etc.
The roughness of the surface also massages your feet.
This is the set of 3 : cushion, exercise pamphlet, and the thing to insert air( I don't know what it calls).
It didn't cost 10CHF. Very good shopping.


この様に新しい年が始まりました。
インドアな生活感が漂っていますが、大丈夫です。暖かくなったらちゃんと外でも動きますから。今年も色々やりますよ。去年できなかった事を！


The new year started this way.
It seems like I'm going to pass an indoor life but don't worry, when it will get warmer I will be an outdoor woman.
I will work more than last year. I will do things that I couldn't do last year!
