昨日は朝からすぐ汚くなるリヴィングのペンキ塗りをしました。
家具の殆どを庭へ息子達が運び出してくれて、朝から塗り始めてお昼ご飯を食べたのは１６時。昔は一人でやっていたけれど、今年から色々と手伝ってもらえる様になり助かっています。
Today is the end of 2013.
Yesterday, we painted the walls of the living room that always gets dirty quickly.
My sons carried out most of the furniture in the garden and we started painting form the morning and
we had lunch at 16:00.
From this year I don't have to do all this by myself, it is very helpful that my sons could join to do it.
今日は、ティーンエイジャーの食べ盛りの姪っ子達が夜遊びに来てくれるので
肉料理を作って待つ事にしています。
肉は牛を一頭分持っているという近所の人から買って来ました。
野菜と一緒にワインで煮込む「スペッツァティーノ」を作ります。
始めは、野菜と肉は別々にアローストするのですが
先日作ったレモンの皮の塩付けを野菜の方に試しに加えてみたいと思います。
味が分からないので今回はちょっとだけにしておきました。
This night, 2 teenager nieces are coming to celebrate the last day of 2013.
They are girls that eat very much so I'm preparing a meet meal for them.
I bought the meat from a man who lives near that holds meet of one hole beef.
I'm now cooking [Spezzatino], an Italian dish that you cook meet and vegetables with wine.
First you need to roast vegetables and meet separate.
Today I added a salted lemon rind that I made. Small quantity just to try how will become.
肉を野菜の鍋に加えてから、自家製の赤ワインをボトル一本加えてコトコト煮込む。
今はまだこの段階で待っている状態です。
日本の皆さんが年明けしてしまいそうなので、今日は仕上がりを載せる事が出来ないです。またの機会に仕上がりピレートを載せられたらと思います。
Add the meet in to the vegetable pot, and then add a bottle of our homemade wine.
Now I need to wait until I can do the next step.
I'm afraid that Japan is almost passing to accept the new year, so I can't show how it is going to be
done.
余談ですが料理にちなんで、最近また夜中のドラマ視聴タイムを楽しんでいたのですが
ちょうど２日前に見終わったのが「バンビーノ！」
イタリア料理のシェフを目指している男の子の話。
アイドルが主役になったものって見なかったはずだけど、楽しんじゃった。
最近ピチピチした青春な感じを楽しめる様になったのは、自分が年取ったからかな。
意外とちょっとした台詞から「私も頑張ろう！」と思っちゃったりしました。
パスタ担当のコックさんがカッコイイ。↓
Aside, in these nights I was enjoying my Japanese drama time.↑
2 days ago I finished watching [Bambino!] A story of a boy who are aiming to be a Italian cook.
I need to feel YOUTH from the dramas, I think I'm getting old.
There are many words that gave me strength from this story and I enjoyed it.
